What is it?

Created by Wyoming Singer-Songwriters, this is a brand new urban music festival making its debut September 19–21 2025. In partnership with the Higher Ground Fair and the 307 Film Festival.

This festival will span 12 vibrant venues throughout Downtown Laramie.

Snow Train Music Fest will showcase an amazing mix of local and regional artists, drawing visitors from across the region and transforming Downtown Laramie.
